Donihee Consulting staff creates a safe space and invite clients into a process that empowers them to explore and develop their own solutions to a variety of conflict related issues. Issues such as parent/teen conflict, separation and co-parenting, family or elder related issues. Our staff is trained in the art of facilitating decision making in a difficult period of their life, as well as acting as co-parenting facilitators.

Mediation is a mixture of knowledge of the law, understanding the dynamics of disputing parties and management of the negotiations.
